Brief Description: Building Left Flap

Started the left flap. Layed out all marking lines for trimming and drilling holes. Cut trim lines and control linkage notch on bottom side of inboard end. Marked, set and drilled all #40 pilot holes in parts. Drilled and mounted hinge with #40 pilot holes. Updrilled all #40 pilot holes to #30 rivet holes. Dissassembles, deburred, and reassembled entire flap assembly with copper clecos for final riveting. Cleaned all parts with acetone to remove surface labelling/printing.

#40 pilots marked, drilled, and being clecoed into position.

Fitting the hinge onto the flap, setting the proper hinge lug spacing with my hlug spacing tool.

All deburred and reassembled, ready to be riveted.
