Brief Description: Building Right Flap

Evaluating reason for slight mis-fit of SNB-W05-05R where flap skin folds over and the hinge mounts. Marked all rivet lines and set pilot hole positions. Positioned all ribs and end caps and drilled all #40 pilot holes. Positioned hinge and drilled all #40 pilot holes. Updrilled #40 pilot holes to #30 rivet holes. Dissassembled and completely deburred all pieces. Reassembled deburred right flap for final rivetting. Riveted and completed SNB-W05-01R flap.

Right flap updrilled, deburred, reassembled and ready to rivet.

Rivetting the hinge on to complete assembly of the right flap.
