Brief Description: Flap Skin Final Trimming And Drilling

Drew blue centerlines on flanges of the ribs for hole alignment. Cut two SNB-W05-02 hinge halves. Drilled #40 holes in the right flap on both long sides. Cut notch in slanted end for control linkage clearance. Completed drilling all #40 pilot holes except for hinge. Started setting and drilling #40 pilot holes in hinge. Got two-thirds of the hinge drilled and silver cleacoed.

Rib pilot holes and control linkage cut-away on inboard end of left flap.

Ribs pilot drilled and silver clecoed in position.

Flap hinge 2/3 pilot drilled and silver clecoed in position.
