Brief Description: Test Fitting SNB-T01-05R Tail Cone Fairing Plate.
Cut and spliced a 1:1 copy from card stock to allow the pattern to be test fit before cutting the finals from the 0.025" 6061 T6 aluminum sheet stock. Pattern was good, so first fairing panel was cut from the aluminum and the specified angle bends formed on the edges.
This plate has a varying bend angle from one end to the other, so it could not be bent on a brake, and had to be manually hand-formed with a seaming tool.
