KitLog Tech Support got back to me with a utility to run to set my database to do a full database upload vs. just an incremental. They cleared the database on the server to be ready for the full upload.
This appears to have resolved the issues.
However, it also appears there is a problem with deleteing entries. I tried to delete one of the two entries for 1/29/2022 but it would not delete, and I had the "Not Responding" issue return until I ran the utility again. Even when doing this, it did not remove the one entry for 1/29/2022 I was trying to remove.
