Brief Description: Mounting Horizontal Stabilizer And Elevator.

Repositioned fuselage on supports to a diagonal angle in garage, then levelled for/aft and left/right.
Significant review of plans for mounting the tail structures to ensure understanding of the skin that must be trimmed to customer fit the structures to allow proper positional measurements and specified control surface deflections.
Placed horizontal stabilizer into position fo rinitial measurements. Initial gap from aft side of lower vertical fin spar channel to aft side of HS main spar was 2.7745". Need to trim skins to allow forward movement of ~0.4755" forward to hit aim of 3.25" (+/- 0.0625").
There appears to be enough room to move forward to spec and not contact the rear turtle deck aft skin edges with HS forward spar.
Horizontal stabilizer set in place to start skin trimming for position.
Adequate room to move forward to the spec of 3 1/4" gap at HS main spar in the rear.
