Finished 1/8" holes 5 & 6 on tail skid mounting plate to vertical fin lower spar.
Attched spacer SNB-F21-02 to forward side of lower vertical spar channel and drilled all 6 1/8" pilot holes to match skid mounting plate, then deburred.
Up-drilled both rudder stop plates then clecoed them in place. Deburred and countersunk stop plates for CCC-44 rivets (plans call for CCC-46 rivets, but none were provided with the kit. Need to verify with Sonex tech support that this is okay.Drilled 3/32" pilot holes on ends of the two rudder stop plates.Up-drilled and deburred bothupper and lower aft angles in the aft tail cone box.
Final rivetted SNX-T12-05 upper angle to left and right upper longerons.
Drilled 1/8" pilot holes in forward mounting plate on tail skid mount. Clecoed on SNX-F23-03 forward lower mount angle.
All 6 1/8" pilot holes in aft tail skid mounting plate.
Rivetting rear upper angle SNX-T12-05 to underneath side of upper left and right longerons.
1/8" pilot holes for forward tail skid mounting plate.
