Brief Description:  Unable To Ahieve 25 Degree Up Rudder Deflection.

SNX-T01.

Noticed why I could not achieve 25 degrees up rudder deflection even though the HS skins are trimmed and the HS is clamped in place to positional specs. The elevator rudder horn contacts the SNX-T12-05 upper angle mounting bracket in the wrong location to be acting as the rudder stop.

I photographed and documented this situation, then posted on SonexBuilders.net and the FB group page to see what I did wrong, but it appears it is a common occurrence that 25 degrees of upward elevator travel cannot be attained. Also sent this info to Sonex Tech Support.

First inclination is to trim the end of the elevator horn to allow more upward elevator deflection, but I want to hear back from Kerry at Sonex Tech Support before modifying the elevator horn.
