Brief Description: T09: Vert Tail Main Spar Assy - Complete

T09: Began and completed the Vertical Tail Main Spar Assembly.
Prepped all part edges. Drilled pilot holes where required. Clecoed to pilot holes. Drilled to final hole sizes (#30 for rivets, 3/16" for bolts) and clecoed to check final assembly fit. Disassembled, deburred all holes, cleaned all parts, and reassembled to final fit. Installed all bolts and pulled all rivets.
For rivets, used the hand-puller due to proximity of the channel edge.
For the 8 lower bolts, I had to use three washers in order to get a snug fit due to thread length on the bolts used. I was short 8 of the specified washers, so I used 8 AN960-10 washers (1/16", #10 flat washers) from the main aircraft hardware kit. I marked the three nuts (red) where they were used in case this is not an acceptable substitution, and they need to be replaced with the specified part number washer.
Removed the red marking from the three nuts, as when preparing this documentation, I realized I had mis-read the washer part number that was specified. It was indeed AN960-10, so there was not any substitution.
