Brief Description: T09: Vert Tail Fwd Spar Assy - Complete
T09: Drilled pilot holes and clecoed. Up-drilled to final hole size and verified fit and alignment. Dissassembled, deburred and cleaned all parts. Re-assembled and pulled all CCP-44 rivets. Unable to get the rivet puller head on the rivet shank and seat the head due to lack of clearance against the right-angle clip. Holding these three rivets until I can get or make a tool to pull rivets at a slight angle.
Last night to work on project until returning from vacation on September 30th.
Clecoed at final hole size, ready to rivet.
All CCP-44 rivets pulled.
Forward Spar Assembly complete, except for the three CCP-46 rivets holding the clips on each side.
