T02: Assembled horizontal stabilizer frame together (Main Spar, Forward Spar and all ribs) with #40 silver pilot clecos. Up-drilled all #40 pilot holes to #30 final size rivet holes. Dissassembled, deburred, dressed edges, cleaned and re-assembbled horizontal stabilizer frame with copper clecos for final rivetting. Rivetted horizontal stabilizer frame. Horizontal Stabilizer Assembly frame completed. Ready to skin the horizontal stabilizer.
