Brief Description: T03: Hor Stab Forward Spar Assy
T03: Assembled Forward Spar with #40 silver clecoes. Up-drilled to #30 copper clecos. Dissassembled, deburred, dressed edges, and cleaned. Re-assembled with copper clecos and rivetted. Horizontal Stabilizer Forward Spar Assembly complete.
Had to drill out 4 of the CCP-46 rivets on the T06-06 clips due to the tight fit and getting tipped heads. Finally bent clips aside enough to get manual rivet tool in for a flush seat.
Also learned counter-syncing the rivet head before drilling it out improves the removal.
Updrilled and ready to dissassemble and debur and dress edges.
