Brief Description: T02: Elevator Final Assembly. Elevator Complete.
T02: Finished final riveting of right elevator control surface half with CCP-41 rivets.
Dissassembled left elevator control surface half to clean and debur. Re-clecoed with copper clecoes, then final rivetted with CCP-42 rivets for hinge half, and CCP-41 rivets for center and outer ribs.
Drilled #40 pilot holes for both control surface root edges to drive horn root ribs.
Updrilled all holes to #30 on both control surface halves inner root ribs. Cleaned, deburred, and re-clecoed with copper clecos. Final rivetted with CCP-41 rivets to attach both elevator control surfaces with the elevator drive horn at the root ribs.
Outer-edge to outer-edge length verified to be 78".
Elevator complete.
