Brief Description: T02: Elevator Control Surfaces And Drive Horn.
T02: Drilled #40 pilot holes and clecoed left elevator control surface hinge half and center and outer ribs.
Started elevator drive horn. Marked and drilled drive horn ribs pilot holes. Test fit ribs to drive horn, then updrilled to final size. Had to use a right-angle drill, and get a right-angle head attachment to get between the two horn flanges for a couple of the holes. Dissassembled, cleaned and deburred all holes and edges. Re-clecoed final assembly and rivetted.
Elevator drive horn complete.
Layed out lines for pilot holes on root edges on both elevator control surfaces.
Initial attachment of left elevator control surface hinge half.
Transferring pilot holes from horn flanges to root ribs and clecoing.
