Brief Description: T07 & T02: Making the two elevator control surface

Layed out all center and outboard holes for the elevator control surface halves. Drilled pilot holes in the control surfaces center and outboard positions, then marked center lines on the flanges of the center elevator ribs. Drilled pilot holes on the iner and outboard elevator ribs for both elevator halves. Clecoed pilot-holed elevator hinge half, and center and outboard ribs on the right elevator half. Plans page T07 complete.

Quick and easy way to evenly and consistently mark a rib flange centerline.
