Today I wrapped up routing the .032" center ribs. Yesterday I'd routed out the false ribs that go behind the fuel tanks. I used the same jig to route out the aft lightening holes in the center ribs. Although the photo doesn't show it, I used a 7/8" Unibit (step drill) to open up the 1" hole, then used the router to cut it out.
