The .032" center ribs have two holes, a 3-1/2" round and a 1" round hole where the oval is in the .025" ribs. So I routed out the lightening holes up to the last one, leaving it to be routed with a different routing jig. It's the same jig that I routed the false ribs with show in the third photo. I'll cut those holes out tomorrow.
