I started the routing out the center ribs today. Got a small portion done in between kids' activities. I used the same techniques as before. Pre-punched and drill the holes as in earlier photos, sandwiched them in between the form boards, cut off the excess aluminum with the bandsaw, and then routed them out.
They're not all done today, but got about half of them finished.
