Brief Description:  Overflow Bottle, Alternator Fuse & Wing Scallops

Plans:
1. Add clamps to the radiator overflow bottle to improve the seal.
Status. Complete. I had noticed coolant leaked from the bottle in the engine compartment during the engine break in. I added clamps to the fill line to correct the issue. That said there still appears to be some drops around the lid. The bottle does not seal very well in general.
2. Add a 70 Amp fuse to the alternator output and reduce the wire gauge to 10AWG.
Status: Complete. On the advice of Aeromomentum I changed the alternator output wire to 10AWG. I also added a 70 Amp fuse. They expressed a concern that the cable I was using was larger than needed and more likely to break. If it did break a direct short of the battery output is likely. The fuse should mitigate the risk of damage to the battery.
3. Add perimeter tapes to the wing.
Status: Started. I have started adding perimeter tapes to the wing, beginning with the scallops. The scallops are an inside curve so fitting the tape is tricky. In order to make the curve I used 4" bias tape. Before gluing in place I had to pre make a gentle curve using the sealing iron.
