Plans: 1. Replace the flywheel with a heavier unit. Status: 10% complete. I received the heavier flywheel Saturday. This is to alieve the propeller inertia issue. Today I broke down the entire front end of the air vehicle to remove the old flywheel. The new, heavier, unit was installed. When I tried to start the engine however it would not crank. On inspection I discovered that the bolts at the rear of the redrive were pressing into the thicker wheel. This appears to be preventing the wheel from turning. So I will need to completely redo the effort again to eliminate the issue. I think I will simply cut the ends of the bolts off. The day unfortunately was wasted.
