Plans: 1. Paint the center section wing. Status: Three coats of primer were applied to the Bottom side. 2. Paint the Ailerons. Status: I started to clean up the ailerons in preparation for painting. After looking at the tapes I decided to double up the vertical surface tapes. The existing surface tapes were covered by the scallop tapes. I didn't like the look of the overlapped joint. The preferred order is to have the vertical surface tapes cover the scallops. So I reapplied tapes over the old tapes. It is slightly thicker but otherwise better.
