Plans: 1. Continue center section build. Status: Just a little progress to report. I started boxing in the hand holds. The boxes are formed by .020 and .032 AL covers bridging the airfoil ribs and sides. Working from the outside in, both of the outside box sections were enclosed. A structural gusset was also added to the center area. It will provide a tie point for the inner box area. The grip areas were further boxed in on the back side. This will improve the uniformity of the grip. Regarding the grip itself, I have been debating leaving it bare aluminum versus covering it with something. As it stands now the entire structure is solid. It should work well.
