Plans: 1. Remove weight from the tail. status: Given the C.G. is too far to the rear I have been removing metal everywhere accessible by drilling holes or hacking off. I also removed the battery box and carry handles from the tail. I am not sure how much weight has been removed but it is noticable. With luck I will not need to add weight to the nose.
