Plans: 1. Fab the plate nut strips for the lower engine compartment. Status: Complete. Two strips were fabbed and attached to the engine mount. The strips were placed with the help of a laser level to locate the thru holes and set the angle. 2. Fab the plate nut strips for the cowl. Status: Started. Three 1.5" aluminum strips about two feet long were cut. They will be used to encircle the cowl for attaching plate nuts.
