Plans: Make and install more ribs. Status: Completed 6 more stiffening ribs. I might have done more but the tube for F14 was too short by an inch to span the longerons correctly. I probably installed F13 a little different than expected causing the F14 tube to be short. Nevertheless F14 should have been longer in the kit. So far the dimensions of the tubes are generally a few to several inches longer than needed. This is the first that was short. I went ahead and determined the coping angles with the short F14 piece to prepare for next week. Tubes for both halves of the fuselage are being made at the same time. So assembly of the opposite half of the fuselage will go more quickly.
