Plans: 1. Add perimeter tapes to the empennage. Status: 50% complete. The rudder tapes are now complete. Perimeter tapes have been added to the leading edge of the horizontal stabilizer. The remaining surface tapes of the elevator have been added.
The perimeter tapes are coming together slowly. Makin the many curved surfaces smoothly takes a great deal of patience. An iron set to 350 degrees just manages to achieve enough of a shrink to flatten the continuous curves. Cleanup of glue residue though better now continues to beguile me.
