Brief Description: Safety Wire Turnbuckles

Plans: 1. Add safety wire to the turnbuckles. Status: 50% complete. I wired the outermost turnbuckles at the upper wing. It took a bit of time as the location was not easily accessible. A few attempts were rejected as being too loose.
