Brief Description: Relocate the Oil Cooler & Signature
Plans: 1. Relocate the oil cooler. Status: Started. The cooling remains a concern. So the next improvement is to move the oil cooler out from behind the radiator to the chin of the airplane. I had not wanted to do this as it detracts somewhat from the original look of a Fokker DVII. Unfortunately the existing motor mount is so tight that I couldn't get my drill motor in the best location. The first step in relocating the cooler therefore is to create a mount. Thus far an additional cross member has been added. 2. Add a signature of my name to the exterior. Status: Complete. I thought this would be a nice touch. I'm thinking I might have chosen a better font but there ya go.
