Plans: 1. Add safety wire to the tail turnbuckles. Status: Complete--but. The wire job had to be redone several times for various reasons. The main discovery here is that the cable slack with the tailwheel off the ground is significantly different then on the ground. I also found that I made the cables too long in that the turnbuckles are at their shortest. At some point, as time permits, I will shorten the cables and redo the whole thing. I want to taxi the airplane ASAP and this is good enough for the moment.
