Plans: 1. Recalibrate the fuel gauge for 100LL AVGAS. Status. Complete: It turns out that MOGAS and AVGAS read completely differently on a capacitive fuel probe. Up to now, I have been operating using 91 octane from the local gas station. I calibrated the gauge using this fuel each time. When I switched to 100LL AVGAS the gauge read 50% less than it should have. Fuel type apparently makes a difference. So I have once again recalibrated the fuel gauge. This time with AVGAS in the tank. Using AVGAS I was unable to read empty with 3 gallons as before. For the probe running with AVGAS, empty means dry. Full means 12 gallons approximately. Basically one gallon per inch of probe and it was reasonably linear.
