Plans: 1. Construct the gap seals for the wings. Status: 10% complete. This is a completely new technique. Most builders use aluminum roof flashing from the home store to cover these gaps. As usual I chose a different route. The seals are being constructed from the left over fabric surface tape for the wings. I have glued Velcro to the bottom surface and doubled up the tape to add rigidity. It’s a bit lighter than metal and actually blends with the rest of the wing. I'm not sure if it will work yet but we will see.
