Brief Description:  Reassemble the Air Vehicle

Plans:
1. Add a terminal shield to the boost battery.
Status: Complete. I decided a little plastic guard over the terminals of the battery would be a good idea to prevent accidental shorts.
2. Prime and paint the bottom surface.
Status: Complete. Two color coats of Blue Mist were added over the three primer coats.
3. Reinstall the panels.
Status: 80% complete. The bottom, top and half of the side panels have been installed. I am finally getting a good idea of the final look of the paint scheme.
4. Check weight improvement to the tail.
Status: Complete. Previously the tail weighed about 37.4 lbs. in this configuration. At present is weighs 31 lbs. So moving the battery and carry handles etc. improved the weight by about 6.4 lbs. The impact to the C.G. while noticeable is not enough to eliminate the need for nose weight. My other option is to move the seat forward a bit. The leg distance to the rudder pedals would be impacted as well. So this could be a pain if I go that route.
