Brief Description: Panel Painting and Throttle Stop
Plans: 1. Prime the remaining panels. 50% complete. The first of two prime coats has been applied to all panels. 2. Add a throttle stop. A bolt with washers now blocks the throttle lever from moving to far to the rear. It will ensure the cable tension is maintained when the throttle is in the idle position.
