Plans: 1. Fab the lower cowl section. Status: Started. The bottom of the cowl needs to be made from fiberglass or aluminum. Given the difficulty of making the blister for the TPS, I am going to go with fiberglass for the cowl. The process starts with forming the part using Great Stuff foam and Bondo. Once the desired shape is created I will make a mold from it. The mold with then be used to make the final part in fiberglass. Lots of labor.
