Plans: 1. Install the cowl. Status: 10% complete. The cowl needed to be tailored to fit the nose properly. Due to the contours I found that creating a straight cut line was going to be a problem. I rediscovered a laser level I had and used it to paint a line on the cowl. Tracing the laser line on the cowl surface provided perfectly straight and perpendicular cut lines. Plate nuts and other tie points will be added next.
