Attended 2019 SUN-n-FUN in Florida. This was a very successful event for me. I highly recommend this for any future builders. While there I was able to spend several hours with Robert Basley, the owner of Airdrome Aeroplanes, who answered questions and is generally a very social guy. I also attended three builders’ workshops. Two on covering techniques from Stewart Systems and one on gas welding by Lincoln Electric. The hands on experience with expert help resolved many questions and gave me a high degree of confidence going forward. The exhibits from most every supplier I have seen were a great opportunity to see up close any hardware I might have been interested in.
