Plans: 1. Finish center section airfoils. Status: Complete. 2. Construct center section. Status: About 10% completed. Putting the center section together starts by removing the spars from the aircraft. Once disassembled the individual airfoils are located on the spars then riveted in place. The complication on the outermost airfoils is the landing wire tangs and cabane passages. So far I have started with test fitting the parts. No major issues at the moment. I did find that after cutting the passages for the tangs the lower rib tip was poorly supported. I added some reinforcement with J-B Weld and an L bracket to add rigidity.
