Plans: 1. Install cross bracing in right lower wing. Status: Complete. I finished bracing and mating the lower wing frames. I was a little concerned that the fit was slightly off yesterday but found that it was good enough to leave as is today. I checked the dimensions from the wingtip to the firewall and tail post. The dimensions were almost exactly the same to the firewall. There was about a 1/4" difference to the tailpost. Since there is little I can do at this point to get perfection I will need to accept it and move on. I suspect there is enough wiggle room in performance that this type of error will not be noticed. Time will tell. I learned that swaging the one end of the cable is easy if I don't tension it right away. Then after doing the first diagonal I found that the second diagonal is tensioned to whatever it takes to make the unit square. The result is not bad.
