Plans: 1. Add two additional holes to upper instrument panel & mount inclinometer. Status: Complete. 2. Start fabrication of the lower instrument panel. Status: 50% complete. The lower panel will accept four 2-1/4" gauges as well as circuit breakers etc. At the moment I have cut the holes for the gauges. I don't have enough details for the switch holes etc. at this time. I will cut them as the plane matures. Note that the lower panel was laid out allowing space on either side for future additions. I expect to install an AVMAP GPS on the left and a radio and transponder on the right. All of which will be useful in avoiding or operating in the class B (LAX) & C (SNA) airspace I experience here in Orange County. Not to mention some others. It is very crowded here in SOCAL.
