Plans: 1. Install aileron cables: Status: Complete. I mounted the cable brackets and cables to the forward carry-through. There was however a slight mishap. The left cable ferrule cracked when I tested it. I got ahead of myself and operated it before it was mounted correctly. It flexed the end more than it could take. I have ordered a new one to replace it. 2. Replace two part seat surface plate will single plate: The earlier two plate idea flexed a bit too much. A single solid plate with a stiffener was substituted. This works perfectly now but it is heavier. Hopefully I will get the aluminum tubes next week and can finish the seat installation.
I secured the seat mounting brackets to the carry-throughs. This had the added effect of installing a redundant bolt through the carry through couplers. That was recommended by Robert in his video.
