Plans: 1. Fabricate the connecting link for the torque arm. Status: Half done. The torque arm connects to the gear leg using a connecting link. The link features a rod end to deal with the complex angle and a bearing welded at the other end. I was able to weld in the bearing but unfortunately lacked the threaded rod end to finish the job. A.S. was out of the part and has it on order for me. In the meantime I was able to finish the safety wiring of the bungees. I doubled them up. I also moved the fuselage to the bench. From there I will complete the fabrication of the horizontal stabilizer braces next week.
