Finally I had to use the four (4) AN3-5 bolts to mount the VS-411 assembly onto the spar. Unfortunately I set the torque for the AN5 (100-140 inch-lbs) instead of AN3 20-25 inch-lbs)…I over-torqued all four screws and reordered them from vans (together with some washers, AN365 Nuts and the newest SB 16-03-28).
I left the workshop today with a lot of new impressions and many ideas how to improve the future work in the shop. Some item were ordered the same night (Sikkens® Washprimer 1K CF AEROSOL 0.4lt primer for spot application , 3M 5413 KAPTON Tape to protect the rivets from scratches and smileys by rivets sets, LOCTITE SF-7414 torque marker for the bolts, Boelube Lubricants).
