Brief Description: Rudder deburring, dimpling and drilling
I deburred all the stiffeners and clecoed them on the rudder skin. after matchdrilling to #40 and deburring the holes, I am ready for the primer on the skins and stiffeners.
I worked on the rudder horn bracket R-710 and trimmed away too much material. No the minimum edge distance to rivet the bracket onto the R-802 and R-80-PP is not given. So I just reordered a new R-710 from vans.
Next time I think twice before trimming away too much material...
