Brief Description:  Final drilling of the Horizontal Stabilizer skins

Working on the horizontal stablizer. All parts have been deburred and final drilled and finally I clecoed the whole stabilizer.
It was an easy way using the scotch-brite deburring wheel to break the edges of the rear spar reinforcement bars to make the faces rest against one another.
Front and rear spar were final drilled easy cause of the pilot holes.
The flutened rips have been match drilled and the skin clecoed on the rips and spars.
It is nice to see the full dimensions of the horizontal stabilizer. It looks like an aircraft alreadyWith the clecoed skins, I final drilled all the skin holes and deburred the rips and spars after disassembling all parts.
I worked a while to fit the HS-405 and HS-404 rips.
Deburring with the cordless drill at very low rpm went well, not taking too much material away to avoid countersinking of the thin material. Surface smoothing with scotch-brite took longer than expected.
