Brief Description: Vertical Stabilizer rips deburring and final drill
Started to build the VERTICAL STABILIZER first.
It has less parts than the horizontal stabilizer and it is less complicated (advise from EAS advisor).
Cleco and drilled the VS-808PP spar doubler and the hinge brackets VS-410PP, VS-411PP and VS-412PP to the VS-803PP rear spar. Prepared the ribs VS-704, VS-705, VS-706 and VS-707 and clecoed them to the front and rear spars. Dont forget to mark the location and orientation of VS-803PP, VS-411PP and VS-412PP.
Next step will be: Disassemble, de-burr, dimple, machine countersink and prime parts as desired.
