After fitting the blukhead over the extension out diameter, I bolted the center bulkhead aluminum to the extension with special manufactured construction bolts. Afterwards I moved the carbon fiber outer bulkhead part over the extension onto the aluminum bulkhead center piece. While pressing everything firmly together, I drilled holes for the rivets on the turning table.
