Once the crudely cut plywood template was tested (allowing 35 deg travel either side) I then transfer those measurements to the UHMW block and finish cut on a milling machine.The installation is completed with to AN380-3 Cotter pins.The internal rudder stop is designed so that all rudder pressures are transferred to the rear spar VS-803PP
