Brief Description: Left wing Rivet ribs to the spar
Today I was able to get the ribs riveted to the left spar. I clecoed the trailing edge of the wing to the ribs just to ensure that I was placing the ribs properly. This ensured that the correct ribs were installed at the locations for the flaperon hinges. I left the trailing edge on the wing to give it a little bit more rigidity to the structure. At this stage it feels delicate. While riviting the inboard rib the first three riveits that I installed were backwards. The plan specifically states to have the factory head inside the wing. I was able to drill them out without doing any damage to the rib, L bracket or rib doubler.
