I needed a better way to organize the hardware. I used to keep them in a drawer. To find the correct rivet I would have to open 30 little drawers and go through the bags that Vans sent me to find the hardware. What I also didnt like about this system was sometimes vans would put several different types of hardware in one bag, I am still fairly new at matching some of this hardware to its discription. This was taking up some unnecessary time. Now every single type of hardware has its own bag. The bags are pinned on to the wall using a pegboard sysem. This is sure to save some frustration when it comes to looking for parts.
