By riveting on the HS-1231C gussets I completed the modification as layed out in Sb 18-02-02. The stabilator stop pins were re torqued to 28 inch pounds as called out in section 5 of the manual. And torque check was applied to all hardware for later inspection. The stabilator tips still need to be installed and the stabilator control arms need to be installed in order to complete the stabilator
